Cancellation

If you have a confirmed reservation and change your plans please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly accomodate and assist in any changes.

However, any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of reserved tour dates may be subject to a cancellation of your reservation.

Rescheduling/Refund

Segway Tours of Houston is first and foremost interested in providing a safe and fun experience. In the event of stormy weather please contact our office for instructions. Our tours will roll in light sprinkling rain as long as there is no active thunder or lightening in the area.

If the forecast is for passing showers, the guide may opt to delay the start of the tour in order to wait for better conditions. If in doubt please call our office for an up to the minute report.

If the conditions are unsafe the tour will be cancelled and credit for a future Segway Tour of Houston will be provided.

If you cannot make your tour time, please call ahead so we can make arrangements with you.

We do not make refunds, but we guarantee you get your ride at a future time.
